At RoboTech Wave, we recognize that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at support@robotechwave.com. We will do our best to halt the shipment before it leaves our facility. However, if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, but we’ll be happy to assist you with the return process.
