Security and Data Privacy:
Anzu prioritizes security by using Aloft Technologies software with data stored on US-based servers. The company emphasizes user responsibility for regulatory compliance, as no geofencing restrictions are applied to the drone.

Portability and Functionality:
The Raptor is lightweight (~2 pounds) and easy to carry, without sacrificing enterprise-grade features such as RTK positioning, mechanical shutter to prevent blur, 56x hybrid zoom, and enhanced low-light performance.

Compliance and Certification:

• No geofencing; users must comply with local laws.

• The drone is not NDAA compliant due to sourcing some components (thermal sensor from China).

• Manufactured in Southeast Asia, so not eligible for Blue UAS certification. No current plans for Green UAS certification.

Firmware and Updates:
Firmware updates are rare and delivered over-the-air via the controller. No third-party can force updates.

Warranty and Support:

• Comes with one year of “Anzu Care” protection covering accidental damage, collisions, water damage, and more.

• Warranty is valid for one year from purchase; registration required for claims.

• Repairs are handled by certified service centers currently in the drone ecosystem, with plans for future dedicated service centers.

Data Handling and Security:

• Images/videos saved on onboard SD card; users transfer files after flight.

• Flight logs support warranty and service claims.

• Data stored on Aloft’s secure US-based servers (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified).

• No data sharing with third parties without user consent.

Pilot Licensing and Regulations:

• Compliance with local regulations is user’s responsibility.

• Commercial operations in the US require FAA Part 107 certification.
