If Your Item Arrives Damaged


We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery. If you notice any exterior damage, note it on your delivery receipt. If you’re unable to check the contents immediately but suspect possible damage, mark your receipt as “suspect damage.”


Should you receive a damaged item, please send clear photos to support@robotechwave.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
