RoboTech Wave Return & Refund Policy
At RoboTech Wave, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Our return and refund policies are designed to be transparent and customer-friendly:
1. Return Window
You can return items within 30 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period.
2. Return Shipping Costs
• If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
• If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 30 days. We will arrange a free return, and upon verification, we will either issue a full refund (including any shipping fees you initially paid) or send a replacement.
4. Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return a product for personal reasons, it must be unused and in its original packaging. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility, and the refund will exclude the original shipping fee.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If the refund does not reflect in your account within 10 business days, please contact us at support@robotechwave.com.
