The Raise3D E2 and E2CF Printing Surface uses BuildTak, a highly durable and heat-resistant build surface widely recognized in the 3D printing industry. BuildTak provides just the right amount of adhesion to secure the first layer, reducing print failures, while allowing models to be easily removed once cooled. Strong, reusable, and easy to maintain, it helps protect the build plate while supporting a wide variety of filament types.

Key Features:

• Easy Removal: After cooling, models can be taken off by gently bending the plate. Larger models can be removed with a scraper.

• Durability: Withstands high nozzle and bed temperatures (up to 110°C).

• Ease of Use & Maintenance: Simply apply to the build plate; clean with warm water or alcohol. Avoid acetone and harsh solvents.

• Wide Filament Compatibility: Works with filaments up to 300°C, including PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, Nylon, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, and specialty fiber- or particle-infused materials.

Safety Warnings:

• Service life depends on filament type, printing settings, and user skill.

• Use only smooth/rounded scrapers to avoid damaging the surface.

• Do not clean with acetone—use water or alcohol instead.

• Ensure the build platform is clean before installation. Apply the BuildTak sheet carefully from one edge to the other, smoothing to avoid air bubbles.

• Calibrate nozzle height after installation to maintain print accuracy.
