The Raise3D E2 and E2CF Flexible Plate with BuildTak Printing Surface provides excellent adhesion, durability, and ease of use, making it an ideal build plate solution for 3D printing. Constructed from highly elastic stainless steel, it offers fast heat conduction, elevated hardness, and easy bending for simple model removal. The BuildTak surface provides the perfect texture for first-layer adhesion while allowing finished prints to be removed easily once cooled.

Tips for Filament Use:

• TPU: Use a lower bed temperature (25°C–60°C).

• PETG: Closely control the nozzle-to-plate distance to avoid excessive bonding.

• PC: For improved adhesion, carefully manage nozzle distance and place models at the center of the build area.

• Nylon: Apply PVP solid glue to the plate surface to ensure proper adhesion.

Safety Warnings:

• Handle carefully—edges of the plate are sharp.

• Do not touch the plate during printing; it becomes extremely hot.

• Wait until the plate cools to room temperature before removal.

• If using a scraper, keep it parallel to the plate to prevent damage to the BuildTak surface and avoid injury.
