P-support 279 is the world’s first breakaway support material specifically engineered for polypropylene (PP), enabling the 3D printing of highly complex and detailed structures with overhangs, bridges, and openings. It offers high stiffness, low warpage, and excellent adhesion to both printed PP parts and the P-surface 141 build surface. This makes it an excellent choice for rafts or support structures in PP printing.
After printing, supports can be removed easily and cleanly by heating the part to 100°C. Unlike water-soluble supports, this breakaway material produces no polymer waste containing solvents or water and is fully recyclable, making it a more sustainable solution.
Processing Guidelines

No drying or pretreatment required before use

Extruder temperature: 200–220°C

Print bed surface: 20°C (50–70°C for the first layer, 100–110°C for easy support removal after printing)
