Raise3D P-Filament 721 is a polypropylene-based filament designed for exceptional 3D printing performance with low warpage, low shrinkage, and superior layer adhesion. Printed parts are highly break-resistant, offering strong mechanical performance, excellent chemical resistance, temperature stability, and low friction resistance. Its lightweight nature makes it ideal for lightweight constructions, while its food-safe base material expands its use into additional applications.

Pretreatment:

• Dry material in a PrintDry at 60–70°C for up to 24 hours before printing to improve adhesion and reduce warping.

Recommended Printing Parameters:

• Bed Adhesion: Magigoo PP on BuildTak Surface, or P-surface 141 for third-party machines

• Preheat: Heat bed at 90°C for 15–20 minutes prior to printing

• Printing Profile: P-Filament 721 profile for Raise3D Pro2 Series

• Top Cover: Recommended for stable conditions

Printing Settings:

• Extruder Temperature: 200–220°C

• Bed Temperature: 50–70°C

• Chamber Temperature: 65–80°C recommended
