The Raise3D PEI Build Plate (Pro3 HS Series and Pro3 Series only) is built from high-strength spring steel with a double-sided PEI powder coating. It provides excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, and rigidity, making it a durable and reliable build surface for consistent 3D printing performance.

Notes:

• After applying the PEI Build Plate, recalibrate nozzle height following the instructions for Pro3 HS and Pro3 Series.

• Current slicing profiles for these printers are compatible with this build plate.

• Clean regularly with mild detergent (alcohol and water recommended). Avoid acetone or strong cleaners.

• If adhesion decreases, lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper (600 grit).

• The PEI surface may leave a textured finish on the model’s bottom. For smoother results, use a Raft (note: may require more filament and could risk model damage during removal).

• Do not use spatulas or sharp tools to remove prints as this may scratch or peel the PEI coating.

Safety Warnings:

• Handle with care—the plate edges are sharp.

• Do not touch the plate during printing; it becomes extremely hot.

• Wait until the plate cools to room temperature before removing.
