Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH is an industrial-grade filament designed to produce high-strength stainless steel parts on standard Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) printers. Composed almost entirely of 17-4 PH stainless steel, this material can be fully heat-treated for exceptional hardness and durability.

Through a catalytic debinding and sintering process (similar to Metal Injection Molding), printed parts achieve their final solid-metal properties. This makes Ultrafuse® 17-4 PH an excellent choice for industries such as petrochemicals, aerospace, automotive, and medical manufacturing, where mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are critical.
